If you’re the free spirited type and just want to travel about seeing what you see you will enjoy both the magnificent views from the train and the ability to get on and off as you please with a Pass. You will want to be sure to make reservations though for particular well travelled areas, such as Paris, Provence and Champagne.

France to Reims.
It is important to enjoy the train ride as well. It takes 45 minutes to get from France to Reims. In Reims you can marvel at the magnificent vineyards of Champagne while on the train. Then you ride along the Loire and are able to watch the local fishermen on the river. In three hours, you will get to Marseille and the Mediterranean Sea. Here you will be able to see the medieval villages of Burgundy, the Rhone River, and the Pont du Gard which is a Roman aqueduct that has been overlooking the lavender fields for almost 2,000 years.
France is also connected to neighbouring countries, like Germany and Belgium. Why fly when you can enjoy the sights and speed of the train. France is about the size of Texas so to be able to cover the entire country easily by means of the hi-speed train network that travels at speeds close to 200 mph is not only a time saver but a true convenience.
